1. Delivery

• Orders are delivered within Jeddah city within two business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Returns and Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to return or exchange most products within (7) days from the invoice date, provided that the products are in their original condition, in their intact packaging, and have not been used.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:

• Large Office Furniture and Equipment: Chairs, cabinets and drawers, and large office devices due to transport and installation costs, and the difficulty of restoring the product to its original condition.
• Electronic Devices and Accessories: Printers, projectors, printer accessories, projector accessories, batteries, cables and adapters, peripheral accessories. Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect, and must be reported while keeping the original packaging.
• Toners and Thermal Paper: The original packaging must be kept, and the product is only exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect.
• Food, Beverages, and Related Supplies: All food products and catering supplies are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
• Cleaning and Safety Equipment: Some equipment cannot be returned if opened or used due to health and safety reasons.
• Products Not Listed in the Catalog or Customized by the Customer: Products supplied upon a special request and which suppliers do not accept returns for.

General Note:

The Establishment reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions, at its discretion and after reviewing the case.

3. Product Availability

• Some products are available in stock for direct delivery within two business days.
• Other products are supplied upon request, and the price and delivery period are confirmed via a quote provided to the customer before completing the purchase.
• In case of a delay in supply or the unavailability of a specific product, the customer is notified and suitable alternatives are suggested.

• All products offered by PrimeFlow EST. are genuine, supplied exclusively by trusted local and international suppliers and distributors.
• All trademarks and names mentioned on this site are the reserved rights of their respective owners.
